





















Cogeneration is a process of simultaneous power and heat production which is used for heating needs. Due to its high performance characteristics (the coefficient of fuel heat utilization may reach up to 90% and even higher) cogeneration is widely used in the small-scale power generation.

Cogeneration is a part of trigeneration process, a combined production of electric power, heat and cold. Trigeneration units are successfully used in warm seasons, when there is no need in space heating. In this case the produced heat is used for cooling unit’s operation, which saves high level of power equipment’s performance coefficient.

The benefits of cogeneration have become apparent in comparison with usual power generation processes. When manufacturer’s warranty term expires a customer has an opportunity to prolong warranty up to 2 years, providing that a service contract is concluded (see long-term service contract).
